Check a landlord before you pay
Someone offered you a room? Type their name or company here and see whether SafeNest has actually verified them — before you send any money.
Is it a company?
Companies that rent out rooms professionally must be listed in the official German company register (Handelsregister). You can search the company name there for free and see who legally represents it.
Open the official Handelsregister searchSafeNest verification means we checked identity and documents on the date shown. Always view the room in person or live on video before paying anything.
