Right of withdrawal
As a consumer buying online you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract with SafeNest. Because publication is normally requested immediately, you are asked to confirm that the service starts at once; where the service has been fully performed within that period, the withdrawal right ends.
When we refund the verification fee
- The property is never published for a reason within SafeNest's control.
- The payment was taken twice for the same address.
- SafeNest cancels the verification.
When we do not refund
- The property was published and the lister later withdrew it.
- The listing was removed because it broke the listing or prohibited-listing policy.
How to ask
Use the complaints form or write to complaints@safenesthamburg.com with the property and the payment date. Refunds are returned by the original payment method.
