What a SafeNest listing must contain before it can be published.

Required facts
- Total monthly rent, and cold rent plus utilities where they differ.
- Deposit amount and how it is held.
- Minimum stay and notice period.
- Furnishings, kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi and included utilities.
- Whether Anmeldung is possible and whether the Wohnungsgeberbestätigung will be provided.
- House rules and who else lives in the property.
- Real, current photos of the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and common areas.
Photos
Photos must show the actual room being offered. Blurry, dark, duplicated, stock or unrelated images are rejected. Photos alone never grant verified status.
Viewing slots
Every listing offers between two and five real viewing slots. A booked slot is closed automatically so two students cannot take the same time.
